General Guidelines
please read before you consider commissioning
• By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I may also reject your idea of changes if you give me artistic freedom (without any preferences, saying, “do what you feel” or “surprise me”) and then ask for changes later.• Please provide all the needed material to help me work faster and better. Descriptions, references, moodboards, doodles, everything is good!
ー If you don’t have visual references for your OC and ask me to design it from scratch, I will add an additional fee for the design (the fee will vary according to the complexity of the character and will be agreed upon beforehand);• An average piece can take me between a few days and four weeks;
ー If you have a specified due date (birthday, holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted through artist's discretion and the type of commission being done.

Copyright and usage
• My commissions are for personal use only unless agreed differently beforehand (in which case there would be a change in price);• You can NOT claim the picture was made by you, trace it, redraw it or modify it; you can NOT resell the commission as a NFT or pass it through any AI software generator. You can resize or crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format;• You can NOT make profit off of it or otherwise use it for commercial use;• You may re-upload your artwork but must strictly credit me;• I reserve the rights to all artwork made to:
ー Promote myself for advertising purposes;
ー Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise;
ー Use as examples to others.• The commissioner reserves the right to claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.• If you’re looking for a particular commission that is not listed in the price list specifics, contact me and provide all the details so I can elaborate an estimate of how much you’d spend, no strings attached. You’ll then be able to decide if to proceed with the payment or not.
Payment Method
• I only accept money via PayPal;• I will request half the payment before I start working, and the other half before sending the complete HD file via e-mail. Full payment is required to continue the commission after the sketch. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this phase, as it will be easier to fix during this time.
ー Advanced full payment gives you the right to receive screenshots of the process. Otherwise, you will receive photos.• All prices listed on the commission sheets pages do not include the PayPal invoice fee;• Significant changes (recoloring, background changes, facial changes/expressions, poses, extra characters, etc.) will be a varying fee depending on complexity.
ー During the sketch phase there will be the chance to apply a maximum of three modifications; from the fourth modification the fee will be applied.
ー I don't have a linear way to paint my illustrations, but once we get to the rendering phase, there will be the chance to apply a maximum of two free small modifications; from the third modification the fee will be higher than the latter, but will be calculated based on the complexity.• Your commission will be accepted and put into a queue log after full/half payment and if you meet the criteria above.• I will send the finished work in high resolution via e-mail, but only after the last part of the payment will be fulfilled.

Refunds
• I reserve the full rights to cancel your commission if I feel to; you will be full refunded.• If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins, I will keep 10% of the current amount paid. If you want to cancel the commission during the sketch phase, whether you’ve paid for the whole work or just part of the final price, you’ll get a 50% refund of any amount you’ve paid.• No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
